Refund and Return Policy

At The Other Twelve Steps we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

•  If for any reason you are not happy with our product, you may return it (undamaged) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

• If the product has been damaged during delivery or if it arrives in a defective condition, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product free of charge.

• If you simply change your mind or the product doesn't meet your expectations, you may still return it for a full refund. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theothertwelvesteps.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

• Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. If you are receiving a replacement product, we will ship it to you once we have confirmed the return.

• Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
